Featured on Bizarre Foods America, King's Noodle is another restaurant that has stood the test of time in Chinatown.
We stopped in to pick up some meat for dinner. Both the roasted pork and the Char Siu were excellent. The crackling crispy skin on the roasted pork is always a treat. We didn't receive the best cut of pork, with the meat being dry missing the must have rib bones.
The char siu was better than the roasted pork as we recieved a marbled cut that was infused with the sweet savory flavor expected of char siu.
I would return to buy both the roasted pork and the char siu.
