Martino's - Milwaukee, WI

Martini's got a big shot of publicity when they were featured on an episode of Man vs. Food.

One of the best things about the Martino's is the customer service, especially the cashier. What a smile!

Italian Combo with Red Sauce and Giardiniera. This is what Adam Richman had.  The sweet Italian sausage was lukewarm but had a nice snap and plenty of flavor but no better than quality sausage available from the grocery store.  The red sauce was meaty, sweet with just the slightest tang. The Italian beef was sliced newspaper thin, tender and moist.  The texture of the cut reminded me of processed pressed grocer store style rather than the rougher dryer cuts I normally associate with Italian beef. The giardiniera provided just the right level of heat and flavor to offset the otherwise mild flavors of the Combo.

The food was decent but it didn't live up to the hype.

Restroom Rating: 6.8. The bathroom itself was appeared in decent shape but the guys were messy.
