World Buffet also has a Mongolian Grill.
The sushi consisted of long grain rather than sushi rice. The spring roll was just an egg roll with a spring roll wrapper. The egg tart was overcooked and grainy, lacking any custard like smoothness.
The egg foo young gravy was lumpy. The mushrooms were decent. The dumpling skin was thick as chewy, exactly the opposite of what it should be.
The Mongolian grill sauces were limited and resulted in a mildly sweet, spicy, and supermarket packaged Chinese food tasting dish.
World Buffet is at best an average buffet. Some of the food is up to par but they also offer selections that are below. The food is mass produced without much love. I don't recall being wowed by any entree or going back with desire for seconds.
