I suppose with its proximity to 3M, it gets plenty of business from 3M. The doors had opened when we arrived but the buffet stations were still to be fully stocked.
The food was flavorful but tasted less authentic, catering to the Minnesota palate rather than those with a zest for the full flavored real deal. The food was less dense, more watery or saucy, lacking the solidness and substance offered at other Indian buffets.
The Chicken Tandoori was one of the better ones I've had, not overcooked and still having a level of moistness. This was deserving of seconds. The rice mixture came out later but it was another item deserving of seconds. The breads are hot, tasty, and compliment the foods well.
Overall the food is decent and Indian Aroma offers a decent variety. For the price and if I were in the vicinity, I would make a routine stop.
