Nite Owl is a throwback to the Happy Days era. Case in point, while it's fast food and you walk up to the counter to order, if you dine in, you pay after finishing your meal.
Jumbo is correct. It's about a 1/2 lb beast if not more that comes wrapped in the fast food paper to hold all the grease. The gal taking the order doesn't ask how you would like it cooked. It arrived well done and it was the hottest burger temperature wise that I can recall getting. It's a basic old school nothing fancy burger done right dripping and I mean dripping with grease and juices. It was probably the juiciest burger I've had. The patty was loosely packed and the meat readily crumbled. It didn't have the beefiest of taste but it was adequate.
- Bun: White, substantially enough to hold the mass and the grease
- Toppings: The works including ketchup, mustard, pickles, and grilled onions
- Cheese: Two slices of American
- Meat: 1/2 in. thick patty
- Cost: $3.90
- Rating: 8.9
Restroom: 7.0. Old but decent.
