Pancake Farm is open early morning and it packs them in. I'm told Saturday is the busiest with about 500 customers. On this weekday there were a lot of customers also, mostly seniors who have time to burn. Service is slow if friendly.
The breakfast special consisting of one egg and 3 pancakes. I had to order something that included pancakes, after all that is its namesake. Unfortunately the pancakes were typical of pancakes served at most any other breakfast eatery or diner. The pancakes were larger than typical but it had the same dry texture that sponges the last drop of saliva from the mouth. It had to be drowned with maple syrup -assumed artificial- to chew through and swallow each bite. This is not to say it was bad but just ordinary and typical.
