West Beignet - Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport MSY

West Beignet is located in the pre-security checkpoint area which is great especially for the non-flyers as well as those who have just who have just claimed their baggage.

West Beignet has a steady stream of customers.  Service was average.

This was my introduction to beignets.  These were warm, not scalding hot and they were pretty decent - slightly crunchy exterior with a soft, slightly eggy interior. If this is what beignets taste like at a no name establishment, then the beignets must be better at the established must eat beignet eateries in the French Quarter.

Bottom line: A welcome introduction and a good last hurrah for beignets before departing New Orleans.

Do everything without complaining or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation, in which you shine like stars in the universe as you hold out the word of life. Philippians 2:14-16
