Kelsey's - Brampton, ON

Looking at the furnishings, Kelsey's would be a place that is typically outside my budget. Looking at the menu only reinforcement that perception.

Messy Brisket Sandwich. Better than anticipated but on the high priced side. Tender, sweet, tart, good mouthfeel. It lived up to its namesake. It was messy.

The corn chowder was just as good if not even better. I normally don't like corn chowder but this one had me wishing to know the recipe.  It had a lot more ingredients than typical. If it weren't labeled as corn chowder I would have thought it to be a heavy Mexican soup.  Hearty, satisfying, filling.

El Cuban Reuben and Thai It You'll Like It Chicken Soup.  Both were winners!

Bottom line: Two meals, both better than anticipated  but a little higher priced.

Restroom Rating:  Didn't use.

Since the creation of the world, God's invisible qualities — his eternal power and divine nature — have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse. Romans 1:20
