Long's Bakery - Indianapolis, IN

It's line isn't as long and didn't extend outside today as at Voodoo Doughnuts but nonetheless long and constant even during the afternoon hours. The line did move relatively quick and we were out within 10 minutes.

Small Gator.  I suppose it's called that because the texture is like that of a gator. It was a bit too sweet with the caramel. It was getting a little dry by this time in the day.  It was on the ordinary side.

I forget what the one in the back was called but because it was the least sweet, it was our favorite. Moist.

Mary Ann.  Again I'm at a loss to explain the name but this was good, reminding us of Hostess Ding Dongs both in taste and texture but only better and fresher.

The people behind the counter were perfunctory, mechanical, and tired. They were capable but just going through the motions.

Ah, Sovereign Lord, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you. Jeremiah 32:17
